GospelShoe Return Policy

GospelShoe does not offer refunds on returns that are purchased from group sales or are ‘shoes bought for others.’ Individuals may return any item purchased on our Web site with prior approval from GospelShoe. Returns without proper Return Authorization number will be refused. We do not refund shipping charges. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Shoes must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you using the following policy:

Online returns
Product purchased at full price, returned with prior authorization within 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be refunded in full.

Product purchased at full price, returned after 30 days of the invoice date with prior authorization, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be accepted for store credit only.

To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the shoe return form enclosed in your order. A return label has been provided for your convenience. Your return may not be processed if we do not have all your information. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost or damaged before they reach our company. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package.

We do not refund original shipping and insurance charges.

There may be slight differences in color from the online product image and the actual product you receive, as colors vary on computer monitors. In situations such as this, we would not consider granting a refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

Sales presented as ‘special offer’, ‘one-time offer’, or ‘clearance’ may not be returnable. In such cases, your receipt will note that the sale is final.
